- Monitoring of retail, property and other investments within BB Retail Capital and its portfolio companies.
- The cash and financial management of BB Retail Capital.

Nico has over 20 years experience in the retail sector. Prior to joining the Group he worked for a diversified retail group in South Africa where he was Finance Director for the final three years. He was a member of the due diligence committee responsible for Brazin Limited’s initial public offering in1997 and was CFO for the following five years.

He then spent three years with Toys R Us in Australia as Finance Director and Company Secretary before returning to the Group in 2006 as CFO of diva and later CFO of Sanity Entertainment.

Nico holds Bachelor of Accounting Science (Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce degrees and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
