Darren joined the BB Retail Capital team in 2004. In his role as CEO Property, Darren is responsible for:

- Identification and acquisition of long-term retail assets
- Development and adding value to the current property portfolio
- Leading our small but dynamic team , as well as managing major retailer relationships.
 
Darren has over 20 years experience in the property industry, as a specialist in the sector of retail property.

Darren's skills are multidisciplinary including acquisitions, development, leasing and management of both bulky goods and traditional retail centres.

Prior to joining BB Retail Capital, Darren was behind the creation of the public company Homemaker Retail Group. Darren played a leading role in the development and management of 13 Christie Homemaker Centres throughout Australia with 200 showrooms valued at $300 million.

Darren's passions include triathlons, renovating and surfing.
