BB Retail Capital is a private investment company with interests in a number of successful global retail brands, bulky good shopping centres and equity investments.

The group was established in 1980 by Brett Blundy when he opened his first retail store. Today, the company is at the forefront of women’s accessories with its two leading brands: diva and Lovisa. BB Retail Capital, continues to hold a significant minority position in Australia’s leading lingerie and sleepwear retailer, Bras N Things (BNT). BB Retail Capital also owns minority interests in retail brands dusk and Adairs, as well as an investment in Australia’s number one adventure company - Bridgeclimb.

Over the past ten years, the company has focused on developing a substantial retail property portfolio. The portfolio comprises 7 high quality regional home maker shopping centres in Australia, with over 185,000 square metres of retail space and anchored by key tenants such as Harvey Norman, Freedom, Bunnings, Officeworks and The Good Guys. The centres are situated strategically on major arterial carriageways in large growing regional areas.

BB Retail Capital property division is vertically integrated. It manages all aspects of shopping centre development, from design and construction through to leasing, management and marketing. Through the management of its property portfolio, BB Retail Capital has continually improved the quality of its centres providing tenants with higher than average sales productivity per square metre.
